PROCLAD RDI-FASADSYSTEM är ett kostnadseffektivt fasadsystem som används vid utvändig tilläggsisolering i kombination med dold infästning av fasadskivor.

The RDI-façade system comprises wall brackets, vertical L and T profiles, horizontal support profiles, and C-hangers [hooks] that are attached (using undercut anchors or dowel inserts with screws) to the back of the facade panel. The panel is simply hooked into the horizontal profile, height-adjusted and fastened.
This hanger system is particularly suitable for installing heavy natural or technical stone slabs [for example SINTERA | High Performance Stone Materials, air-dried high density fibercement and high pressure laminate like SANDEQ Max Exterior från Fundermax. The wall brackets, vertical profiles and horizontal hanger support profiles are screwed together, with fixed and sliding connections to guarantee free expansion. Clamping springs on the wall brackets hold the vertical profiles in position without additional tools.
The brackets are available from 35 mm to 320 mm in length. The system will compensate for unevenness up to 40 mm within a length. It is suitable for all types of fastening and can be supplied with an optional insulator to reduce thermal bridging.
